Paid Media Manager, Search & Social
We’re looking for a motivated and growth‑minded Paid Media Manager to join our Search & Social team. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has foundational experience in paid social and/or paid search and is ready to take the next step toward owning strategy, execution, and performance across multiple platforms and client verticals.
About the role
You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads (SEM, Performance Max, Google App Campaign) and more. You’ll work in a highly collaborative environment, contribute to client strategy and growth, and help shape best‑in‑class paid media programs. You'll be learning web and app marketing across the funnel, with a focus on performance marketing.
Responsibilities
- Work across the full campaign lifecycle – planning, setup, pacing, optimizations, insights, and reporting
- Consistently adapt optimization strategies to meet the specific goals and KPIs of multiple clients across web and app experiences
- Present reporting and performance insights that lead to gains against client business objectives, effectively communicating wins and improvement areas
- Align with Account teams to fully understand client needs and suggest impactful strategies
- Work with clients to provide input on ad copy and visuals based on performance, keeping in mind best practices across the various platforms
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands‑on, bottom funnel paid media experience, ideally at a digital or full‑service agency
- Working knowledge of major platforms in either search and/or social: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads (SEM, PMAX, Google App Campaigns, etc.)
- Support the team as the day‑to‑day Search & Social contact for internal teams
- Strong analytical skills and comfort completing data analysis in Google Sheets or Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic arithmetic, lookup tables, etc.)
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organization and time‑management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, deadlines, and priorities
- Clear communicator—both written and verbal
- Curious, proactive, and eager to grow your skill set across new channels and client types
- A collaborative teammate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay
$55,000–$65,000
Schedule
- Competitive benefits package, including 20 vacation days and 401k match
- Summer Fridays: aim to stop working at 3:00pm on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Holiday Break: 11 annual bank holidays, plus Christmas to New Year’s Eve
- Flexible working and WFH opportunities: Two days per week in the NY office required
