About the role
As the Media Manager, Paid Social, you will oversee the strategic and hands-on management of paid social media activations for a large client in the travel industry. Your role includes developing strategy, building, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across major platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support paid social strategy development by compiling client research, competitive data, and social platform information.
- Manage tactical planning and buying for paid media across Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze campaign data, generate regular reports, and provide actionable recommendations for performance optimization.
- Translate complex data into clear, insightful reports for client and internal stakeholders.
- Stay current with new ideas, trends, and technologies in the social media landscape to innovate and educate.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in paid social media management; agency experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with native ads managers for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Relevant platform certifications are a plus.

Pay
$45,000—$100,000 USD base salary range.
Schedule
