Description
We're seeking a Paid Media Manager who excels in both strategy and hands-on performance marketing. This role requires owning client outcomes end-to-end, using AI tools to enhance efficiency, and leading a team of specialists. You'll manage 5-8 B2B clients, driving performance, managing relationships, and ensuring high-quality execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
What You'll Do
Own Client Strategy & Performance: Develop and lead paid media strategies aligned with client goals and revenue targets. Manage and optimize campaigns, continuously improving performance.
Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact, leading client calls, presenting insights, and guiding strategic direction. Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
Drive Execution & Project Management: Own project management, collaborate with specialists, and ensure deadlines, priorities, and quality standards are met. Document strategy, tests, and performance insights.
Leverage AI Tools: Improve speed, quality, and efficiency through analysis, research, QA, reporting prep, and idea generation, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Analyze, Test, & Improve: Design and execute A/B tests, focusing on pipeline, CAC, and revenue impact. Continuously refine account structure, targeting, and messaging.
What You Bring
3+ Years of Hands-On Paid Media Experience: Strong knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with the ability to delegate and use AI tools for productivity.
Proven Track Record: Managing budgets ($30k+/month), driving results, and working in B2B SaaS/tech or lead generation environments.
Strong Analytical Skills: Working confidently with data to inform decisions and uncover trends.
Excellent Communication: Simplifying complex ideas for clients and communicating clearly, directly, and proactively.
Organizational & Project Management Skills: Using ClickUp or similar tools, managing multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
Nice to Have
Experience with Programmatic, Reddit Ads, or additional paid channels.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, tracking setup, or landing page optimization.

Compensation: Base salary $75,000 - $85,000, bonus incentives, 401(k) with company matching, unlimited PTO, life insurance, subsidized health, vision, and dental, subsidized on-site parking, on-site office gym facilities.
