Responsibilities
- Build paid media plans that support client goals, performance targets, and channel-specific opportunities across digital platforms.
- Execute and manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic environments, ensuring each initiative is launched accurately and efficiently.
- Cook up campaign setup, trafficking, quality checks, and go-live readiness while maintaining organized structures for audiences, budgets, creative assets, and measurement.
- Track campaign results closely, identify performance trends, and make ongoing adjustments to improve efficiency, scale, and return on investment.
- Evaluate creative effectiveness using engagement and conversion data, then share practical recommendations that inform future asset development.
- Design and carry out testing strategies for audiences, messaging, creative formats, and landing page experiences to improve overall campaign outcomes.
- Oversee budget pacing, allocation, and forecasting so media spend remains aligned with delivery expectations and business objectives.
- Maintain reliable tracking through pixels, conversion events, and measurement frameworks while partnering with analytics teams to confirm data accuracy.
- Prepare performance updates that clearly communicate results, risks, opportunities, and next steps to internal stakeholders and client teams.
- Apply automation and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to improve workflow efficiency and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or digital advertising, preferably within an agency setting.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of campaign architecture, optimization methods, and performance analysis across digital channels.
- Experience with analytics, tracking, and tagging tools such as GA4 or comparable measurement platforms.
- Familiarity with creative testing approaches and iterative optimization based on performance data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with confidence working through budgets, pacing, and campaign metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts or initiatives simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and experience collaborating with creative, strategy, analytics, and account teams.
