Responsibilities

- Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen - Learn about the ear anatomy - Attend virtual training for 6 weeks to prepare for the state hearing instrument dispensing exam - Gain hands-on practical experience with a Lucid Associate, who is a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser or Audiologist - Make follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction

- Motivated sales candidate with a desire for a long-term career - Ability to relocate within the state after obtaining your dispensing license - Passionate about helping people hear better - Previous sales or customer service experience - Seeking a career rather than just a job - A compelling reason for wanting to enter the hearing aid business - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent follow-up skills
