About the role
Lucid Hearing is seeking a Full-time Paid Apprentice/Hearing Instrument Specialist Trainee. This position offers full-time training and licensing to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, paid on-the-job training, and the potential for growth and leadership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and offer a free hearing screen
- Learn about the ear anatomy
- Attend virtual training for 6 weeks to prepare for the state hearing instrument dispensing exam
- Gain hands-on practical experience with a Lucid Associate, who is a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser or Audiologist
- Make follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction with their assistive listening and hearing devices
Requirements
- Motivated sales candidate willing to commit to a long-term career with Lucid
- Ability to relocate within the state after obtaining your dispensing license
- Passionate about helping people hear better
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- A desire for a career rather than just a job
- An entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent follow-up skills

Pay
