About the role

As a Packer I in the Bacon Slicing department, you will work in a production warehouse and manufacturing environment responsible for inspecting, grading, weighing, and packaging products according to company and customer specifications. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality by identifying and removing items that do not meet established standards. Team members may rotate between different production areas and tasks throughout the shift, requiring flexibility and attention to detail.
