Drive pricing discipline, value-based selling, and agreement structures that support long-term profitable growthPartner closely with Sales Director HQ Germany, Sales Team US, to resolve commercial issues, and ensure successful implementation of new businessCreate, develop, and present effective sales presentationsNegotiate pricing and commercial termsCoordinate customer inquiries, quotations, samples, specifications, and order requirements Requirements What you should bring with you Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management, with a strong record of winning new business and delivering profitable growthEnthusiasm and experience in Packaging, or a related market is strongly preferredDemonstrated success in hunting for new business, opening new accounts, and converting opportunitiesinto recurring commercial revenueExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead complex discussions, articulate value propositions, and close business effectivelyHighly driven, entrepreneurial, resilient, and action-oriented. Strong self-starter with a disciplined, accountable working style and a clear focus on resultsCollaborative team playerDevelopment of in-depths understanding of the packaging market, trends and needs of the customer target groupIdentify market trends and new business opportunitiesWillingness to travel and maintain a valid driver's license
