About the role

Packages Group is expanding its team across multiple companies including Packages Limited (PCL), Packages Converters, StarchPack, and PREPL. We are currently seeking qualified, motivated, and experienced professionals for various roles in EHS, Technical Sales, Graphic Design, Brand Management, and Agriculture.

Responsibilities

• EHS Engineer - PREPL: Ensure and endeavor to achieve Goal Zero (Zero Fire, Zero LTI) at PREPL. Be the change agent for inculcating HSE culture in Retail Centre and Construction projects through confident and consistent efforts towards upskilling of staff (internal and external).
• Technical Sales Manager – Textiles - StarchPack: Introduce StarchPack’s starches and set tailored recipes. Provide technical sales support in starch applications for textile and industrial applications. Address customers' basic day-to-day technical queries and issues. Identify, anticipate, and challenge future customer needs. Demonstrate understanding of value delivered to customers through accurate quantification and effective communication. Develop strategic account plans which are shared and mutually agreed with the company and customer. Identify new growth opportunities and proactively liaise with them.
• Graphic Designer - PCL – BUFP: Preparation of new mechanical and verification. Preparation of amended mechanical and verification. Preparation of digital proof and verification. Preparation of final output and verification. Follow quality system procedures, quality plans, and work instructions. Creative work / design development. Use of SAP.
• Brand Manager – Fem Care Business - PCL – Consumer Products Division: End-to-end demand generation, brand strategy, and innovation for assigned brands. Product development from concept to launch; market development to drive penetration, share, and growth. Ownership of the 6Ps and campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking. Cross-functional leadership across R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Conversion, and Media Agencies. Digital-first, social-led media execution for premium personal care portfolios. Consumer, shopper, and market insight development.
• Centre Incharge – Corn Storage - Starch Pack Pvt. Limited: Develop progressive and commercial farmers of assigned district, tehsil, and union council. Ensure traceability of grower's certificate, corn hybrid, and crop growing trend. Record data and arrange monthly Farmer & Supplier meetings. Work on storage techniques of corn grain and find rental storage sites under site selection criteria. Conduct daily visits to local grain markets to record daily arrival and price trends. Procure corn grain from growers/commission agents at respective collection sites during the season.

Qualifications

• EHS Engineer - PREPL: Engineer in Chemical / Electrical / Mechanical / Civil. At least 1-2 years’ experience in the field of Environment, Health & Safety.
• Technical Sales Manager – Textiles - StarchPack: BSc/BE (Textile / Chemical Engineering). 4-5 years of experience in the Textile Sizing industry or Technical Sales of Chemicals in the Textile Industry. Technical understanding of Starch applications in the Textile Industry. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Graphic Designer - PCL – BUFP: Bachelors/Masters in Graphic Design / Product Design / Fine Arts with 0-1 year of experience, OR ADE Printing & Graphic Arts with minimum 0-1 year of relevant work experience. Good communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Must be a team player.
• Brand Manager – Fem Care Business - PCL – Consumer Products Division: Bachelors/Masters in Marketing / Brand Management. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of brand strategy, FMCG marketing, consumer behavior, go-to-market execution, and media planning. Ability to convert consumer and market insights into actionable strategies and manage initiatives end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
• Centre Incharge – Corn Storage - Starch Pack Pvt. Limited: M.Sc. (HONS) Agricultural Sciences (preferably Agronomy & Soil Science). Core Skills: Strategic Thinking, Analytical Skills, Judgment, Problem Solving.
