Responsibilities

• Operate pack equipment, process and pack products, and perform sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements in the pack department.
• Ensure smooth and efficient packaging of products.
• Support production goals by learning new skills and assisting team members.
• Adapt to work in various areas of the plant and rotate through positions and shifts as needed.
• Place strong emphasis on safety and take pride in work.
