P58- Revenue Accounting & Reporting Manager

About the role

Support the development and deployment of the P58 SAP solution in the United States and Canada, as part of the global rollout to harmonize CRM and SAP systems in Siemens Healthineers.

Responsibilities

• Confirm accurate reconciliation of the transition from the current SAP environment to P58, preserving SHS Books and Records.
• Analyze complex order structures and apply IFRS 15 compliant revenue recognition.
• Ensure compliant contract setup and posting in SAP (SD & RAR) in accordance with IFRS 15 and internal Revenue Integrity Controls (RIC).
• Maintain accuracy of books and records at the contract line item level by monitoring value flows for revenue, order backlog, CA, and CL.
• Generate and process Revenue Accounting Contracts (RACs), monitor blocked items in FARR RAI, and initiate corrective measures as needed.
• Perform checks on performance obligations (POB determination), transaction price allocation, and manual fulfillments to ensure correct revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 5–8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in accounting, finance operations, or contract management
• In-depth knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15) processes
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, with focus on SD and RAR modules
• Strong analytical, coordination, and presentation skills
• Able to work across functions, zones, and cultural boundaries
• Demonstrated experience in project management and change leadership
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ERP or large-scale system migration (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
• Knowledge of data validation and experience with advanced technology solutions (Snowflake, Python, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of contract structures and financial reporting impacts
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on efficiency and data quality
