At Reliable Respiratory, we provide high-quality CPAP, BiPAP, AutoPAP, masks, nebulizers, and oxygen equipment, along with professional, understanding, and attentive service. We work closely with the medical community and have highly skilled staff ready to assist customers in receiving the best airway management care for sleep apnea and asthma.

About the role

The Oxygen Dispatch and Scheduling Assistant will support the Oxygen Department in dispatch, scheduling, and deliveries. This position is based in our Norwood office, Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM–6:30 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating appointments and daily routes for Delivery Driver Technicians and Respiratory Therapists.
  • Handle incoming oxygen-related communications from customers and referrers in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
  • Take incoming oxygen troubleshooting calls, voicemails, and emails.
  • Process recurring orders via phone, email, or in person in accordance with Reliable Respiratory’s processing procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required.

Requirements

  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without requiring work authorization now or in the future.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid and current driver’s license from the state of residence.
  • At least 3 years of verifiable driving experience.
  • No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No misdemeanor conviction related to the operation of a motor vehicle within the past three years (except for a first conviction of drunkenness, simple assault, speeding, minor traffic violations, affray, or disturbance of the peace) and no felony convictions.

Skills

  • Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to reconcile multiple shifting logistical factors for each appointment.
  • Ability to work independently to investigate and make decisions.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call outside of normal business hours when required.
  • Ability to comply with internal and industry-imposed guidelines.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
