Owner's PM / Architect - Institutional Projects in Boston

Job Description

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and project execution
Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication
Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports
Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams
Track project milestones and proactively identify potential issues
Support projects from early planning and conceptualization through occupancy
Maintain a responsive, client-first approach and ensure exceptional service delivery

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and project execution
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports
• Cook up projects from early planning and conceptualization through occupancy
• Maintain a responsive, client-first approach and ensure exceptional service delivery

Requirements

• Experience working for an Owner's Project Management firm preferred
• Architectural professionals interested in transitioning into project management are encouraged to apply
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive is a must
• Motivation to grow within the organization and take on increasing leadership responsibilities

Qualifications
