Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day firm operations

• Assign and manage staff and project teams

• Possess a collaborative spirit and a willingness to work closely with clients and team members
• Partner with the founder on strategic transition and ownership planning

Requirements

• Licensed Architect (U.S.)
• Proven leader with strong operational instincts
• Comfortable making decisions, setting direction, and owning outcomes
• Entrepreneurial by nature, with a desire to build and steward a firm
• Interested in legacy, mentorship, and long-term impact
