Project Architect, San Francisco/Boston
Role Description
Bull Stockwell Allen is an award-winning architecture and design firm specializing in resort, recreation, and hospitality projects. The Project Architect role demands excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate internal team members and external consultants/clients throughout various project phases. Responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating all team members, managing work plans, and overseeing deliverables. The role also involves providing personalized service to clients, developing and implementing project plans, managing project expectations, and demonstrating leadership by fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Qualifications & Required Skills
Experience: Minimum of 8 years within the architecture profession, preferably with experience in Hospitality.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensure: Licensed Architect in the United States.
Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
Design Skills: Excellent design and presentation skills.
Project Management: Proven project management experience, including managing budgets, staffing, and project plans.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and graphic).
Mentorship: A desire to mentor and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of building systems and the ability to visualize building design from concept to construction.
Pay & Benefits
The Project Architect position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits including:
