Project Architect LA & NYC

About the role

We are currently seeking an individual with 3-10 years of full-time experience working in an architectural office to join our team in Los Angeles or in New York City as a Project Architect.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the development of project documentation across design phases.

Requirements

• Holds a B.Arch. or M.Arch.
• 3-10 years experience in an architectural office.
• Thoughtful design process with an ability to work towards design-forward solutions.
• Experience crafting and developing of high-level organized drawing sets for DD & CD phases, including the resolution of sophisticated custom detailing, and the coordination of consultants & building systems.
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Revit is a plus.
• Develops detailed, complex, and organized 3D models.
• Experience with Enscape rendering is a plus.
• Experience with coordinating AIA 2030 Commitment efforts is a plus.
