Primary Medical Director Responsibilities Clinical Leadership Establish and uphold medical standards and urgent care protocolsLead effective case flow and clinical decision-making within an urgent care settingEnsure high-quality patient care and clear client communicationOversee medical record accuracy and charge captureIdentify and implement clinical service enhancements Team and Practice Leadership Support hiring and onboarding of veterinarians and support staffMentor associate veterinarians in urgent care workflows and triage best practicesContribute to operational strategy and scheduling efficiencyFoster a collaborative, team-first culture Financial Oversight Drive revenue growth while maintaining medical excellenceParticipate in annual planning and performance reviewSupport marketing and community engagement initiatives Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalentActive Colorado veterinary license or ability to obtain3+ years clinical experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skills We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
