Home Veterinary Services is seeking a Medical Director to lead our collaborative small animal practice. Responsibilities

As the Medical Director Veterinarian, you will serve as the pivotal leader of our hospital. Your role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Leadership and staff management
• Client relations
• Medical quality assurance
• Financial oversight of the practice in partnership with Regional Manager

This position includes the opportunity to participate in our Partner Track Ownership Program, allowing you to build equity while continuing to practice medicine. It's a unique path for veterinarians who want the rewards of ownership without taking on the responsibilities of purchasing and managing an entire practice independently.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
• Active veterinary state license, ability to obtain one
• Current DEA License preferred but not required
• USDA Accreditation preferred but not required
