The Attending Physician at Eventus WholeHealth serves as a steward of population health through our Outcomes-Centered Healthcare (OCH) model. This role involves providing leadership in client facilities and close collaboration with Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) towards excellence in patient care and professionalism in client relations.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) required.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics preferred.
- CMD certification a plus; required within 2 years if serving in a Medical Directorship capacity.
- Active and unrestricted medical license in applicable state(s); DEA registration as required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in post-acute, long-term care, or value-based care settings preferred.
- Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility leadership.
- Familiarity with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred) and care coordination workflow.
