Financial Oversight:

Primary Medical Director Responsibilities
Leading Medical Care:
- Establish medical standards for the practice
- Lead the clinical team
- Oversee medical records and charge capture
- Implement new clinical services
- Ensure excellent client service and communication
Leading Staff and Practice:
- Hire and onboard veterinarians and technicians
- Support training, continuing education, and mentorship
- Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and financial performance
- Ensure regulatory compliance and effective team management
- Lead and participate in team meetings and practice initiatives
- Mentor and evaluate associate veterinarians
- Foster professional development

Requirements
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university
Valid Veterinary License in the state of Massachusetts
Strong medical, communication, and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage people, delegate tasks, and drive results
