Overnight Youth Monitor

About the role

As an Overnight Youth Monitor, you will interact meaningfully with clients, supervise morning routines, observe and intervene in client behavior, ensure client location, conduct and document random head counts and bed checks, and perform outside building security checks. You will also maintain regular communication with coworkers and complete security calls with your supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Interact meaningfully with clients

• Ensure client location
• Conduct and document random/unpredictable head counts and bed checks
• Perform outside building security checks

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License
• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass physical and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
• Must pass criminal background check investigation
• Flexibility to work overtime as required

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Overnight Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Weekends Required
