Overnight Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee resident care in a long-term care facility. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, quality care in a respectful environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting collaboration among healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff
• Support residents and families
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
• Manage confidential resident information
• Document care services accurately
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among healthcare staff
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• At least 3 years of long-term care experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Basic computer skills

Schedule

Overnight shift: 11 pm to 7 am, full-time hours.
