Overnight Nurse Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee night shift operations in a long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs.
• Providing compassionate support to residents and their families.
• Answering questions and sharing information with residents and staff.
• Ensuring a safe, clean environment by adhering to rules and regulations.
• Maintaining confidentiality and documenting resident care services.
• Fostering collaboration among healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Valid RN license.
• At least 3 years of experience in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with EHR and ePrescribing programs.
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills.
