Overnight Manager

Overview

Key West Historic Inns is seeking an experienced and service-driven Overnight Manager to oversee hotel operations during the overnight hours across our collection of historic boutique inns. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience while overseeing front office operations, Night Audit, and supporting Food & Beverage operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of leadership experience in hotel Front Office, Night Audit, or a related hospitality discipline.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service standards, Night Audit procedures, cash handling, and financial reconciliation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to independently manage overnight operations, motivate team members, and make sound operational decisions.
• Strong organizational, time management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and leadership.
• Able to interpret and apply company policies, hotel operating procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local employment and hospitality regulations.
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS), Microsoft Office, and general computer applications.
• Able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• College-level reasoning, mathematical, and language skills preferred.
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as business demands require.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
