Overnight Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 1:1 Homecare

About the Role

Private Duty Skilled Nursing position in Richmond, Virginia with a $2,000 overnight sign-on bonus. Work with an array of clients ranging from infants to older adults, including low acuity to trach and vented cases. Enjoy one-to-one client care, flexible scheduling, and extensive training to help you thrive.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Perform skills with autonomy in the home

Traditional shifts (4, 8, 10, or 12 hours) with hands-on care for only one client per day. Build client relationships and witness their milestones.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current LPN nursing license in good standing in the state

Pay

Up to $36 per hour based on qualifications.
