Overnight Homecare Nurse/LPN

About the role

Provides in-home, overnight nursing care for pediatric and adult patients, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment to support their health needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor and interpret signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect and analyze data, document diagnoses, and communicate with healthcare team members.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN, LVN, or RN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Professional nursing experience preferred.
