Overnight LPN/RN - Homecare

About the role

Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized, one‑on‑one nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes, with overnight shifts in the Lancaster, PA area. The role focuses on supporting daily health needs, assessing patient condition, and promoting a safe, comfortable environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the state of practice.
• Current TB test or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $32 – $38.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling options are available; overnight shifts are currently a high need.
