Overnight Houseman

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service to all guests at each encounter
• Clean all public spaces of property to meet the expectations of our guests, to include but not limited to pool, exercise room, lobby, public restrooms, stairwells
• Clean and maintain exterior entrances of building including windows and doors
• Vacuum lobby spaces
• Remove trash and recycling and dispose of properly
• Aid housekeeper with removing dirty linen and trash and preparing rooms for cleaning
• Ensure any defective items are reported to Engineering in a timely fashion
• Complete projects as assigned during down time, to include operation of all guestroom care machines

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 30#
• Must be able to stand 8 hours
• Active position 90% of shift
• Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
