About the role
Drift Palm Springs is looking for an Overnight Guest Experience & Safety Manager to oversee the guest experience, safety, and nightly operations of the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests arriving overnight
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally
- Conduct regular property and security rounds
- Monitor guest and public areas to ensure safety and security
- Auxiliary overnight check-ins and check-outs
- Complete nightly audit and reservation preparation tasks
- Communicate with remote guest services teams and hotel leadership
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Troubleshoot minor maintenance and housekeeping requests
- Complete detailed nightly activity reports
- Ensure the hotel is ready for the following day's operations
Requirements
- Prior hotel, hospitality, guest service, security, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent judgment and professionalism
- Comfortable using technology, messaging platforms, and hotel systems
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies appropriately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and remain active throughout the shift
Qualifications
- Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
- Overnight schedule
- Weekends and holidays required

Pay
The pay range for this role is: 25 - 28 USD per hour (Drift Palm Springs)
