Job Summary

Aids the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets. Restocks products overnight. Enhances customer confidence and loyalty through excellent service and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Creates welcoming and respectful environments to foster customer loyalty.
• Maintains product availability, freshness, and compliance with store standards.
• Ensures accurate inventory and quality control of products.
• Maintains safety standards and reports incidents promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Must be 18 years old and eligible to work in the US.
