Job Summary

Aids the department manager in achieving sales and profit targets set for the department. Restocks products overnight. Enhances customer confidence and loyalty through consistent and compliant operations. Ensures fresh and appealing merchandise, provides courteous and knowledgeable service.

About the Role

Ensures the store's departments are properly stocked and merchandised according to plans. Maintains high standards of cleanliness and product quality. Responds promptly to customer inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming atmosphere for customers to feel valued and appreciated.
• Maintains product availability, freshness, and proper temperature.
• Monitors inventory and reports discrepancies.
• Ensures compliance with food safety guidelines and executes recalls.
• Cultivates a safe work environment and ensures all associates receive necessary training.
• Reports safety risks, incidents, and illegal activities.
• Adheres to wage and hour policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 0-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Authorization to work in the US or ability to obtain authorization.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
