Overnight Front Desk Manager
About the role
The Hollywood Roosevelt is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Manager to lead all overnight operations at the hotel. This role guides each respective department head and oversees the front office staff to ensure exceptional guest service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support all front office staff including front desk, bell, and concierge teams to ensure exceptional guest service.
- Lead daily shift briefings to communicate hotel events, VIPs, offerings, updated policies, and occupancy trends while maintaining a strong understanding of all hotel outlets, facilities, and local area information.
- Report and follow up on guest issues with discretion, conduct daily property walks to identify and address concerns with relevant departments, and support the implementation of new policies to ensure staff adhere to performance and attendance standards.
- Oversight of all audit procedures to ensure proper documentation and the accuracy of all hotel revenues, and assist with the night audit packet to support overnight front desk operations and ensure timely, complaint completion.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Requirements

Qualifications
Experience in hotel management, particularly in front office operations, is preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software is beneficial.

Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and proficiency in hotel management systems are key.
