Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and direct all incoming visitors and guests
- Provide overnight support for other departments
- Carry out regular rounds of the campus to support the overall well-being of the Touchmark community
Requirements
- Sincere commitment to memorable customer service and hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in a customer service or hospitality position
- Experience and/or understanding of security procedures
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Driver's License
- Azariah Food Handler certification
- An enthusiastic, positive attitude
- Comfortable answering phones while greeting and providing information to residents, prospective residents and guests
- Excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment

- Comfortable dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors

Full-time position with hours of 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
