Responsibilities

• Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Assists guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Responds to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guests will be in person and by phone
• Resolves guest complaints and finds opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests

Requirements

• One or more years of experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
• Guest-centricity and understanding the importance of guest’s preferences
• Valid work authorization for the U.S.

Schedule

• Part-time, overnight role
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability required
• Typical shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
