Overview
Hourly Range: $21.00 - $23.00 an hour
Full Time, Onsite position
Shift: 11:00 pm - 9:00 am
$500 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 90 days and meeting onboarding expectations
Responsibilities
- Provide safe verbal de-escalation or physical intervention techniques with upset teen girls as they arise
- Serve as a positive role model and enforce a supportive atmosphere
- Communicate important observations and updates to the Shift Supervisor and Residential Managers
- With an empathetic heart, encourage teen engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs) and coping skill applications
Qualifications
- Age: 21+ years of age or older
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
G.E.D required. Associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field is preferred. - Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working with adolescent populations is preferred
