Overnight CCTV Monitoring Associate

About the role

You will help to proactively protect STIIIZY LLC (SOCC) customers, employees, and property. Your SOCC center oversees all STIIIZY locations and other associates, auditing them to identify and deter threats.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities
• Conduct Entry Point Audits on all locations (Retail, Cultivation, Distribution, Extraction, etc.)
• Document and report any incidents or irregularities
• Handle basic issues and problems, referring more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Communicate with retail management staff regarding Retail Closing Procedures
• Monitor live feeds to detect suspicious activity
• Respond to alarms and alerts in a timely manner
• Communicate with security personnel to address any security breaches
• Complete the Retail Closing Procedure Log
• Provide footage review as requested
• Complete Security Guard Track-Tik Audits
• Audit reports being submitted by security guards
• Audit overnight guard positions

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
• Must be able to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during your shift
• Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods of time, bend, kneel, squat, and twist

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations experience required
• Previous experience in using CCTV monitoring software and equipment
