Overnight Surveillance Security Guard

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems, spot threats, and ensure the safety of individuals and property in environments such as security operations centers, call centers, and parking gatehouses.

Location: Milwaukee, WI 53202

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required).
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong report‑writing skills.
• Sharp visual observation and exceptional concentration.
• Proficiency with technology.
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $18 per hour. DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees.

Schedule

Part‑time, Friday and Saturday, 3rd shift 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
