Overnight CCTV Monitoring Associate

About the role

You will help to proactively protect STIIIZY LLC (SOCC) customers, employees, and property. Your responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing risks, auditing locations, assisting with daily tasks, and communicating with security personnel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of surveillance activities
• Audit reports submitted by security guards
• Conduct entry point audits on all locations
• Document and report any incidents or irregularities
• Handle basic issues and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff
• Communicate with retail management staff
• Monitor live feeds and respond to alarms and alerts
• Complete Retail Closing Procedure Log
• Provide footage review as requested
• Complete Security Guard Track-Tik Audits
• Conduct false alarm checks
• Assist with false alarm checks

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Ability to push, pull, move, and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, and working on a computer
• Ability to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities
• Ability to get in and out of vehicle and walk up and down stairs during shift
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for extended periods

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations
• Experience using CCTV monitoring software and equipment
