We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, background check, drug screening, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines (License # 1411 appears twice). Remove application instructions like "Apply today – this could be more than a job!" and "Not the job for you? Make sure to check out all our jobs! We also have tactical, concierge, and even casual roles available." Also remove "Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening..." etc.
We need to keep substantive info: location, schedule, pay, benefits, responsibilities, qualifications (including required and preferred). Also maybe "About the role" section: initial paragraph describing role. Could be considered "About the role". Also "Career growth opportunities" and "Uniform provided at no cost" could be part of Benefits or separate? The instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can include About the role (the intro), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Qualifications and Skills?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Skills could be separate if there is explicit skills list. The qualifications list includes many skill-like items: strong computer skills, report writing, sharp visual activity, concentration, proficiency with technology, etc. Could be placed under Skills. But we also have Qualifications (authorization to work, NJ SORACCURE, Genetec, HS diploma, screening, etc). Might split into Qualifications (mandatory) and Skills (preferred). However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one "Requirements" section? But they have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use.
We have content for About the role (intro). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list of mandatory: authorized to work, NJ SORACCURE, Genetec? Actually those are "Experience preferred but not required" so not mandatory. HS diploma, screening, etc). Skills (strong computer skills, report writing, sharp visual activity, concentration, tech proficiency, security/military/law enforcement experience). Benefits (comprehensive benefits package, career growth, uniform). Pay (competitive hourly wage $24/hour, DailyPay). Schedule (part-time Fri-Sun 10:30pm-6:30am). Location (Site Location: Dayton, NJ) could be part of About the role or maybe a separate "About the role" includes location. Could also be in a separate "About the role" paragraph.
We must not create sections with filler like "not specified". So we include only those with real content.
Thus sections:
About the role
... intro paragraph plus location maybe.
Responsibilities
- ... each responsibility
Qualifications
- ... mandatory qualifications
Skills
- ... skill-related items
Benefits
- ... benefits
Pay
Competitive hourly wage of $24.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
Schedule
Set schedule: Part-time, Friday - Sunday 10:30pm - 6:30am
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Also remove "License # 1411". Also remove duplicated lines. Now extract content precisely. Intro paragraph: "GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Surveillance Security Officer! Ready to suit up as a Surveillance Security Guard? What matters most about a role like this is your sharp eye, capturing every detail as you scan a series of screens. Tell us about your strong observation skills with attention to detail. As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc." We could keep that as About the role. Also include location: "Site Location: Dayton, NJ". Could be added to same paragraph or separate. Probably better to include location in About the role paragraph. Thus About the role
includes the intro plus location. Now Responsibilities list: exactly as given. Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property Now Qualifications (mandatory): Let's parse the qualifications list: - Be authorized to work in the U.S. - Must Have Valid NJ SORACCURE 9000 Experience preferred but not required -> This is not mandatory (preferred but not required). So maybe not include as mandatory qualification. But we could still include under Qualifications but note it's preferred? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that line but we could place it under Skills or Qualifications with note "Experience preferred but not required". Similarly Genetec Experience preferred but not required. - Must have strong Computer Skills - Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED - Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process - Strong report writing skills - Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills - Strong proficiency with technology - If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better! - You have a state license if required Also "Be authorized to work in the U.S." is mandatory. Thus Qualifications could include: authorized to work in US, HS diploma/GED, pass extensive screening. Also maybe "state license if required" is conditional. But we also have Skills list: strong computer skills, report writing skills, sharp visual activity, exceptional concentration, strong proficiency with technology, security/military/law enforcement experience (preferred), NJ SORACCURE 9000 experience (preferred), Genetec experience (preferred). So we can separate. Thus Qualifications (mandatory) = authorized to work in US, HS diploma/GED, pass extensive screening, state license if required (maybe). We'll include state license if required as a qualification (conditional). We'll keep it. Skills = strong computer skills, report writing skills, sharp visual activity, exceptional concentration, strong proficiency with technology, security/military/law enforcement experience (preferred), NJ SORACCURE 9000 experience (preferred), Genetec experience (preferred). Now Benefits: comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, a 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching contributions, paid time off (PTO) policy, paid holidays, disability coverage, and life insurance options; career growth opportunities at GardaWorld; uniform provided at no cost. We could list each as
