Nestled along the stunning Atlantic coastline, this luxury resort features 285 beautifully appointed guest rooms and an impressive 114,410 sq. ft. of meeting space, making it an exceptional setting for conferences, events, and unforgettable gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interact with all guests
• Welcoming each guest to our hotel
• Opening doors for guests arriving by motor vehicle
• Escorting guests to the front desk for check-in
• Escorting guests and their luggage to their room, explaining amenities and fun facts
• Working with other attendants to ensure personalized experiences
• Assisting the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
• Being the difference with all guests and employees

Qualifications

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Ability to work in a team environment is a must
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Must be able to work a full shift standing and going back and forth to the valet lot and different areas of the hotel
• A strong desire to make an impact on other people
• An outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Must be available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
