Outsourced HR Coordinator, Payroll & Benefits Specialist

About the role

This is an exciting position for an HR professional with two to four years of experience in payroll and benefits administration to deepen their knowledge in human resources. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow. Our firm has embraced a hybrid work environment and you will have the opportunity to work onsite at HQ and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Key member of the Vault's Human Resources Services (HRS) consulting team
• Administer HR functions for Vault clients, including payroll and benefits administration
• Facilitate select human resources processes and be responsive to client and supervisor requests
• Act as a liaison between clients and their respective vendors
• Assist clients with HR functions in accordance with federal and state regulations
• Advise on plan provisions
• Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS data entry
• Work collaboratively with the Vault human resources team and other Vault business units per client needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a business-related field
• Two to four years of experience in internal or outsourced human resources, payroll and benefits administration
• Passion and commitment to providing quality internal and external client service and guidance
• Superior computer skills and ability to learn HRIS, HRM, and quickly
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Pro-active, self-motivated, entrepreneurial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
