What You'll Do

• Process accurate semi-monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Support 401(k), ACA, COBRA, ERISA, and payroll compliance.
• Cook payroll and benefits audits to ensure accuracy.
• Cook coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain HR records and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee payroll and benefits questions.
• Cook Partner with HR and Finance to support organizational initiatives and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or an Associate degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience).
• Experience processing payroll and administering employee benefits.
• ADP Workforce Now experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, FLSA, and ERISA.
• Strong Excel, HRIS, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
