About the role

Blue Ridge Tire Center, a family-owned business in Salem, VA, seeks an Outside Tire Salesman to join their team. The position offers a starting salary range of $55,000 - $100,000, contingent upon experience, with potential for commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential customers by selling auto and light truck tires, commercial tire sales, and service.
• Identify prospective customers by following leads and utilizing all available information to develop a new customer base and increase sales.
• Offer recommendations to customers based on their specific business needs regarding tires and service (training provided).
• Work a Monday through Friday schedule with the possibility of overtime.
• Assist with other aspects of running the company as needed by the owner.
