- Possessing a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
- Maintaining existing customer base with excellent customer service.
- Understanding and advising customers on the products and services offered by SPEC Building Materials.
- Maintaining good relationships with valued vendors.
Position Requirements
- Maintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
- Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Show strong math and computer skills.
- Manage time effectively with little supervision.
- Show strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Maintain a current and valid state-issued driver’s license.
