About the role
Carroll Construction Supply is seeking an Outside Sales position in the San Antonio area. We have over 35 locations across 14 different states.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Sell construction equipment and concrete forming supplies
- Manage customer accounts and provide excellent service
Requirements
- Positive attitude and motivation
- Experience in sales and construction is preferred but not required
- Existing contractor relationships in the San Antonio market are beneficial
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
