Arlington – Outside Sales
Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our Tilt-Wall Division throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Identify upcoming tilt-wall and commercial construction projects.
- Promote our panel engineering capabilities early in the design and bidding process.
- Work with estimating, engineering, and operations to provide complete customer solutions.
- Generate quotations, negotiate pricing, and close profitable business.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits and customer meetings.
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, architects, engineers, and owners.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently exceed sales and gross profit objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in construction or building materials.
- Experience with tilt-wall, concrete construction, or commercial construction is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and the bidding process.
- Proven ability to develop new accounts and grow existing business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
