Outside Services Supervisor

About the role

The Outside Services Supervisor is a key member of the golf operations team at the property and assists the Director of Golf and Head Professional in managing all outside golf and golf-related activities at the facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance of all outdoor facilities including greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Manage and train staff responsible for groundskeeping, irrigation, and snow removal.
• Coordinate with the Director of Golf and Head Professional to ensure all courses are ready for play.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and tournaments.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Golf Course Management, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in golf course management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage and train staff.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
