Compensation & Perks:
- Base Salary: $30,000 annually
- Sales Bonus: Uncapped, based on performance
- Total Annual Earning Potential: $66,667 to $100,000
- Guaranteed Sales Bonus: $3,000 after 60 days
- Mileage Reimbursement: For travel within assigned territory

A Clear Path Forward:
- Promotion to Senior Outside Sales Representative in 6 months
- Eligibility for advanced roles like Small Business Field Sales Representative or MDU Sales Executive
The Role:
This is an active, community-focused sales position.
- Engage residents at their homes
- Introduce GFiber’s award-winning internet services
- Build and manage a lead pipeline
- Follow up with leads through various channels
- Organize day using Salesforce and modern sales tools
- Collaborate with a supportive team
- Use company-provided laptop and mobile phone for work
