Outside Sales Representative → Sales Representative

Role: Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities: Conduct pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners to educate on roofing solutions, provide same-day estimates, and close sales in-home. Partner with Sales Manager and team for coaching, joint appointments, and skill development. Qualifications & Skills: Resilience and ability to handle rejection, strong communication skills, technological proficiency with iPad, valid driver’s license, and vehicle insurance. Must be comfortable working in a commission-based environment, drive approximately 100 miles daily, and be available to work evenings and weekends. Compensation & Benefits: 100% commission W-2 role with uncapped earnings, monthly bonuses, with on-target earnings between $150K–$320K+.
