Outside Sales Representative - Pest Control

About the role

Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator. This position offers the opportunity to work outside, meet new people, and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in keeping appointments as scheduled and performing prompt follow-up
• Build a strong rapport with potential residential customers through networking
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options
• Perform home evaluations involving crawling into tight spaces and assessing damage
• Use sales skills to offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately
• Enjoy meeting new people, working at new locations, and having varied experiences
• Show a professional and positive attitude during inspections and customer interactions

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling services
• Basic math skills
